I know this isn't proably the place for this, but I figured it couldn't hurt. I know that the first gen Escalades were based off the Tahoes, but I am not sure what year those Esckys were.
I am actually thinking about doing a partial conversion on my sub, so I was wondering when they changed it to the new body style. I am really looking for the door panels, I personally think they look good, and they would cover that damage to my doors where the body moulding was (dented badly when I removed it). I know the door panels should bolt right on (or stick if that's what they do), but the rear panels would have to be modified since my sub is a little bit longer than the tahoe.
So, does anyone know the years of the first gen Escalade that was based off the obs Tahoe? And does anyone know what I might be spending on these panels? I don't really want to change the front end since everyone does that...just the panels. And if anyone has any just laying around, I am always taking donations for my projects!!!:happy:
