First Time Chevy Owner

Greetings all!

Just picked up a 2000 Chevy Silverado Z71 LS 4x4 a couple of months ago, after being a Ford lifer...

What a beautiful truck. It has high mileage for a 2000 (200,000KM), but it has been babied its entire life (I know the previous owners) - it's never even been inside an automatic carwash.

Anyways, after I bought it I did a complete liquid chance (oil, tranny etc) and a rust checking for our awful NW Ontario winters.

Just thought I'd say 'hola' to all the other folk around!

Welcome and congrats on the new truck. We got a couple things in common. A) i'm from canada too and B) I had a ford before my new sierra. I love the new sierra, even tho I miss the performance of my ford. Anyways there a couple Ontario members on here and i'm sure they will be saying hi shortly. :great:
