Headlight switch

Recently purchased a 2008 Sierra SLE1 and the DIC did not come with it. Bought the DIC, and was wondering how to remove the Headlight switch. New truck, and I do not want to mar it in any way.

Feel like an idiot...the factory dash piece pulls from around the light switch. New question; how do you get to the clips behind the dash DIC piece?

It is in! I was very intimidated when I first started. Was extremely easy; used my wife's wooden spatula to pry the piece loose.
