I have a 1997 f 250 4x4, HELP!

I am a Chev man but in the recent past I aquired a F- 250 heavy duty ,ext. cab, 4x4 with a 460 motor with 237,000 kms. It is solid as a nut and the motor is A-1 it needs a paint job because it is an X-Fisheries vehicle and she is scratched up and repaired with fiberglass in the box. The transmission is good and the motor is bullet proof.I'm asking 3000.00 Can. People here are so "it has to be shiny" I having trouble selling it. Am I crazy to be ASKING 3000.00 or what?

Yeah I had to put her out to pasture as my Tahoe wouldn't stay in the same driveway with it.
