hmm, are there any small screws on the bottom of the door, and one or 2 on the handel (inside)

Alexander, I hope this is accurate:

There is a screw inside the armrest. Remove it.

Remove the cover inside of the door handle and remove the screw.

There is a pry spot at the bottom of the panel. You should be able to pry there with a large screw flathead screwdriver or an interior trim removal tool.

It's then just a matter of removing the screws and pulling out the speaker. There may be some cutting involved in getting the new speakers in and you may need to make new screw holes.

If memory serves me correctly there are no plugs for the speakers and the wires will have to be cut.

Once you are done please come back here and let me know if this information is accurate!

Good luck!

There is a screw inside the armrest, you have to pull the ccover off inside the armrest to get to it. I can't remember if there are any on the bottom or the inside, one in the door handle for sure.
