07 equinox AWD purchase - need advice

Hey folks, I am thinking of buying a second car for the family, 07 Equinox, LS with 75K miles on it, single owner. Its got the chrome wheels, dark grey interior, mp3, tire monitor, etc. and all the goodies.

Just wondering if there is anything I should look out for - I noticed the 05 models had issues. The price listed is 10 grand.

Im not sure on year models
But I can assure you that The bowtie will last ya a while.
