Own a pristine 02 Silverado Z that I want to soften the ride on. Improved my tire situation to LTX's, and the suspension is stock. Only have 45K on my truck, but the ride is bone jarring off the hiway.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

Welcome to the site! There are plenty of Z-71 owners here that should be able to help you.

welcome to the site!

Are the shocks on the truck the factory ones?
Do you do alot of towing/hauling, and or Off Roading?

My chevy is a 4X4 and the shocks are factory. I do tow a 20' Bay Boat and towing or not, she is smooth as silk on the hi-way. Hit a railroad track or a small bump and it shutters. It has to be the shocks. I have very little body sway in turns, even with the stock supension. The only thing I did was go to a bigger LTX, but that only improved the ride.
Just looking for a shock to lighten the ride a bit and keep me from needing dentures before my time. It know she won't ride like a 2WD with the Z suspension, but I should be able to improve on what I have.

Thanks for the assist
