new owner question

just bought o8 equinox didnt get owners manual from dealer (out of stock) how do I open the rear hatch?

WAHAAAA? That doesn't make any sense, they didn't have an owners manual (cost $5 to print) when you bought a brand new vehicle?

You should have a button on your key fob to open the rear hatch. How many buttons do you have on there? Lock/unlock/panic/reat hatch???

Yeah I wasnt happy about the manual, made the salesman search for one, I was tired of waiting so I had him order one for me. The release on the rear hatch was just frozen. We had over a foot of snow Saturday with sleet and ice on top of that. Went out to the garage this morning and it opened right up.
