I am looking for a Bullydog brand but if anyone knows of one that will work on my truck it is a 5.3L gas 2004 Silverado. I look online for them but all i find are diesel, I find a few gas ones but it only got like 12 hp extra. Is that all its gonna get? I greatly appreciate the help.

blackbearperformance.com or nelsonperformance.com; give them an email with what you are looking for and what your truck is and what the engine is and they can give you better numbers for cheaper and give you updated transmission codes/settings and free uupgrades for the life of your truck

Hypertech and Predator. I have been selling Hypertechs on ebay for the past 3 years so I know a ton about them. I have a predator on my truck though which I prefer because of the more advanced things you can do with it such as manually changing your fuel injector curve and spark timing. you're not going to see as much gains out of a gas truck, I don't know why diesels have so much more room for improvement but I'm guessing something to do with dependability.

I have the edge and it is suffiecient but the only way you are going to get #'s like the diesels is to put a turbo on your truck thats all there doing is boosting up the turbo among other things. If you want to get a program I would strongly recommend a custom tune from HP tuners, nelson .....etc. If you want to modify your truck with headers, CAI, heads or any other mods it is best to get one of them so they can adjust to your mods. I made this mistake and now am trying to sell my Edge
