2004 Siverado Tranny squawk 1-2 upshift

My truck transmission squawks during 1-2 upshift. If I don't restart the truck and take off again, I can drive it all day with no problems as long as I do not place the truck in park and shut off the engine. So, one squawk per start-up going into second gear. Any suggestions to what the problem might be would be of great help. I've changed the fluid and filter, no help there.

You might want to add what kind of motor and 4x4 or 2wd.
