Finally got exhaust on my truck!!! Flowmaster muffler with duals out the back. Happy Valentine's Day to me!!!!!!
My camera apparently doesn't take good sound clips. It sounds way better in person but that's okay...you get the idea.

Cool sound actually. Yeah, those speakers aren't the same as having professional mics or anything like that.

what kind did you go with? stainless or chrome? either way, go to a parts store and look at the polishes for that type of metal. they do have specific kind of polish for each type of metal. i use mothers mostly, but im not afraid to use others

Well I decided that I linked the roll tips instead of the standard. So all they had in rolled was the chrome. I hope I didn't make a bad decision.

eh... they'll last a while, the only thing is that you will have to care for them more. what i mean by that is the polishing and washing and stuff. even if you do that, they will still rust, but it will take a lot longer if you take care of them

Well I figure that I can order stainless steel tips later have them switched out.

i wouldnt bother with that. the chrome ones will last you at least 2 years but if you care for them and the chrome job is a good one, i would be willing to bet they will last longer than that, however if you neglect them, they will go to hell in a handbasket quick in as little as 6 months in some cases.

Sounds great. I'm looking at the same thing right now so I hope it turns out as good. Heres what I use on the stainless tips, bumpers, rims. I find it great and goes on easy Seems to last even with our winters.
For all metal surfaces, chrome or alloy wheels
Great on brass, copper, sterling silver, aluminum, stainless steel or gold
Non-abrasive, also recommended for plastic and fiberglass
Leaves a sealant that bonds to the surface
