Facial Hair! Who's got it?
Since I'll be without work at the end of this month (i've known since the last week of February) I've only shaved once since then. I mean, why bother if I don't have to go out into the world very often? I've been working from home. The wife doesn't like it, but how often do I get to just have that freedom to get past the one-week scraggly period?

I,m a firefighter so I cannot grow beards but I push it with a handlebar mustache. Not the curly handlebar, mind you, more the goatee minus the hair under the bottom lip. TOO MUCH INFORMATION RIGHT?

I had a full beard for years and after a bout with seboria I shaved. I grew it back this year and had a full 4" to 5" beard until after the first of the year. I'm sure glad I shavd before having to go into the hospital the other day, though.

Well, I have a baby face, so I keep a goatee (minus the mustache part) to keep from looking like I'm 18...
Perhaps when I'm older, I'll be clean shaven to look younger, lol

Used to have a full beard, wife didn't like it. then went to a goatee, the wife didn't like that either so went down to a mustache. Still got no love and now I shave everyday. Never got so much attention from wife, so I keep shaving.

I actually don't keep a beard mustache or goatee. But I do let the growth get away from me. For some reason my skin is very sensitive on my face and shaving even every other day is just too much. I end up looking like I have a sunburn on my cheeks and neck. But if I could, I would be clean shaven all the time.
What I wouldn't pay for something like nair for facial hair. But that stuff is no good for your face.

Shave every other day.
Its not a bad idea to keep the uni-brow in check either...

Moustache all the time, but the beard comes and goes. I'll shave and just let it grow for a couple weeks until I look like a bum and my boss starts making comments. Then I'll shave it and start the process over again. I don't like shaving, so I avoid it at all costs. Plus I look like I'm 15 when I'm clean-shaven...

Stay with the full beard in the winter months. Go to the goatee in the spring and throughout the summer just keep the soul patch.

Full Beard come winter time and goatee during the warmer months, and must brag that the Lil' lady prefers me to have the facial hair, with out it I look like a freshman in high school

I've had a mustache for 28yrs.
In the early 80's I grew a beard, but the Navy outlawed them on 1 Jan 1985 so I shaved it off.
When I retired I grew a goatee for a few months but decided I was to lazy to keep it trimmed so I shaved it off.

Ok, sorry! There is an ad running when this thread is up for the "Goatee Shaver" which looks like a guard that you must bite on and shave around .... lol
I can't vote in this one.

LMAO! That's me too. I'm asian though, so I'm lucky I got this. Most of my cousins look like 13 year old boys when they try.

Here's the look I call "The Longshoreman Look". I guess it's been just over two weeks since my last full shave. Yeah, my moustache doesn't really "connect" down to the rest of it all, I knew a guy who used to draw his in with a black magic marker.

I can't vote either, but I'll say that a guy with a clean shaved goatee or a 5:00 shadow is pretty hot. :glasses: I'm a sucker for goatees. So if it said which do I prefer, I'd go with a goatee. :money:

I always keep a mustache (except for when I tried to trim it after having a few adult beverages - not a good idea). I don't normally shave on the weekends, so I'm scruffy until Monday. During hunting season, I'll put on a goatee for extra camaflouge .

well men, I can't vote on what my facial hair looks like cause I is a girl ! hehe
BUT I had to see the poll cause this lady LOVES facial hair! Goatee, or nicely trimmed beards are wonderful mustaches only are good, but there is just something about a goatee or beard that gets my attention !
** ok off to wander about the forums**
Chin strap, racing stripe?
I've had goatees, but then that was too tickly/pokie for my wife, so I shaved everything but a litle patch, then that kept growing south until I wound up with a vertical patch of hair, that now I know is called a chin strap or racing stripe. Very funny :)
I figure lots of guys have the small patch of small commitment. I figure, hey, if you're going to grow it, make it visible . . . ;)

Shaven, but only because the Air Force makes me. When I'm on leave though I don't shave until the night before I have to be back to work. My wife hates it but it sure makes my baby girl (7 mo) laugh when I give her kisses, and OUCH when she grabs it!!!

As a firefighter, a wisker free chin is all that is between you and a lung full of toxic smoke. I had the Hulk Hogan 'stache going for a while but the gray started to make me look like an old dog.

More often then not i have a goatee. But i don't keep the mustache because it shows my bullring better. But every so often i'll rock a flavor saver or have a line as wide as my sideburns all the way to my chin.
