2000 black paint code

I need help. Someone removed the sticker from my glove box with the paint code. I have a 2000 Silverado LT extended cab 3rd door Z71. It is black. Does any one know how many different blacks were available on this truck in 2000. I went to a paint website and they had 20 different blacks for GM. Someone help I really need the correct code.

From what I can find, your paint code is U8555.

thanks, I had a look at a 01 that was black with the 8555 code so that is probley correct. Now wish me luck on a DIY touchup.

Good luck with it. Oh, and it is a base coat/clear coat paint.
