Intake Manifold Torque Spec

Howdy Folks was wondering if anyone knew the exact torque specs for the Intake Manifold bolts on my 454. Vehichle info is in my signature. I thought I had it, the manual i found said 30ft-lbs but i'm finding other resources online that say 25ft-lbs or 35ft-lbs. please let me know if one of you have a definate answer I really appreciate it.

The lower manifold's torque spec is 30 ft. lbs. The upper is tightened using two steps, the first being 6 ft. lbs. and the final being 13 ft. lbs. Give me a bit and I will post a picture of the order of tightening.
