My 93 did fine with 33's and stock axles. No horsepower mods and only moderate 4wheeling. Most decent shops will not exceed sizes 3% in height difference because it can cause brake failure, so think about a brake upgrade if you are outside the safety margin. A broken axle will strand you, failed brakes can ruin your day.

If your going from stock tires to 35's in addition to brake upgrades you might want to look at new gearing, your gonna notice a power loss with those new tires.

35s should run fine on stock axles, but yeah you probably wanna up grade your differential gears. I have 35s on mine and running 4:56 gears whitch is a good balance between gas milage and power you can chose to go with a higher ratio if you plan on doing alot of towing or lower for better highway mpg.

with an 03 you will need to adjust for the rotation of the tires. it is an aftermarket part that adjustes your speedometor and corrects for the larger tire and or gear change. if not the anti lock brake system will give you trouble in the long run.
