2003 Suburban Shocks

Hello, after getting some new Bilstein shocks for my pickup ( they are Great ) I have decided to get some new ones for our stock 4x4 2003 Suburban Z71. I see that Bilstein recomends their springs # 199020. Does anyone have any experence with these replacement springs ?? Does the Z71 have the self levelnig option ??
Any hints or suggestions on replacing the shocks ?
