I own the STTs, so I'll give them a +1. I see snow on the ground in your sig picture. I live in Alaska, and the Coopers are awesome in the snow and the mud.

I say go with the MT/R w/kevlar tires go through anything, went out first time expecting to get stuck, freshly plowed hay field sod chuncks everywhere was dragging axle through the mud and got me through it with no problems

i love the way the tread looks, I guess i like it because it does not look like the rest of them its different and it works better

Is this about tires for off-road only? Cause I'm looking for something that's sort of all-season regular driving appropriate but decent off-road too, just wanted to know if these suggestions would be good for that

yea the STTs are great for every day driving too.they ride really smooth and theyre fairly quiet if thats somthin your particular about.alot of my driving is on pavement but its good to know i have tires for off road when the time calls for it

+1, again. My first set of 35s were Interco Super Swamper Trxus STS. They were a beast off road and b/c they were an A/T tire, I thought they would be great on the street....for about a month they were. After that, I thought I was driving on a bias ply tire. I had death wobble so bad b/c of those tires that my dual stabilzers couldnt even mask it.(I had them aligned, balanced with weights and bags, and rotated more times than I can remember...$prob about 750 bux on alignment/balance) As soon as I put the STTs on, it was back to the factory ride on the pavement. It was great. I actually enjoyed driving my truck again.

The STTs are awesome all around

id go with either the toyo mt or the cooper stt.....both are very similar treads so i cant imagine much difference in performance. so price may be the issue
