I have no Idea how to do it but i would like to photo shop this pic into a sunset or a parking garage or something like that if anyone knows how or could do it for me please let me know. I just want it to look cool and not like it is done at my place.

Photoshop (and any other photo editing software) can be easy to manage and play with. Essentially what you are wanting to do is exactly as you'd do at home with scissors and tape.
You take the old photo and cut it out with the cut-out tool, once that's complete you copy the image you just cut out (the truck) and bring up another photograph (what you want as the new scene) and then paste the truck on the new scene. To do a 'good' job you have to take your time cutting out the old truck then blending the edges a little in the new image you get... to do a GREAT job you have to make sure the contrast/brightness are the same, make sure the shadows are back and where they should be, etc etc.
Have a look at this example (http://www.gmtruckclub.com/forum/album.php?albumid=355). The picture on the right is the original, the picture on the left is the photoshopped one. Very well done - right to the point where you see the sun's bright reflection on the top corner of the Rocker Pods which matches the rest of the picture. Most wouldn't know that picture on the left was a photoshop image.
