Without removing the rear wheel is there a way to tell whether I have 10" or 11" drums?
My VIN is 1GCEK14R2VE205747.

Why don't you want to pull a wheel?

If the Max diameter is stamped into the drum in a convenient place, and you can see through the gaps in the wheel, and one of those gaps is in a convenient place, then you would be able to read the max diameter off the drum without removing a wheel. Otherwise, the easiest (and most of the time quickest) way to find out is to pull a wheel and see what is stamped into the drum,

I was hoping to only pull the wheel when I go to replace the brakes.

Murphy's Law says if there are 2 choices you will always get the wrong one, <G> Another reason to pull the wheels is you may need a hardware kit and if you don't pull the wheels,, you will need wheel cylinders for sure! :)
