Too bad those fools didn't put half that effort into making a living. Might actually be able to do something with their lives. Unfortunately, this is just another burden on the taxpayer when they go get their "real" license.

They probably have to pay for them all. Yes, it's juvinile and foolish, but what they were willing to transform themselves into, that's hillarious.

I would be surprised if DMV recovers even half of their expenses when issuing a license. And how would you feel if you found out you were in line for two hours because idiots these were pulling this kind of crap?
