16s or 18s?

I have a 2004 Chevy Silverado 2500HD and am looking to buy new wheels and tires. I'm thinking of going up in size from the oem 16s to 18s, maybe some moto metals with BFG's or something. Any suggestions or pictures if u got them on what they would like?

will Moto Metal 951s size 18x9 with -12mm offset and 4.5" backspacing fit on my 2500HD and what is the largest tire i can run without trimming or rubbing? i do have a leveling kit on it. Please help.
