my new truck 98 3500

hey guys i justught a 98 3500 ex cab that is a diesel motor.. i got the ruck from my brother, and he wasnt too sur ehwt it has in it... what size motor is in that truck? ive seen post about a 6.5 L but no confirmation... also was said to contain a v8 block? any info would be nice...

6.5 liter turbo diesel

Just run the VIN and the RPO codes in the glove box and you will get everything on it, if you have a nce dealership they will print you off an order sheet based off the VIN.
