I would say that my chevys are special to me for the simple reason that it is a chevy. I can treat her dirty and she dont gripe. I wash and wax my vehicles all the time. The pure power that I can feel when i need it. This vehicle was put togather by hard working american hand and I am proud that I own a chevy. You could not give me another brand of vehicle. If chevy didnt make another vehicle any more I guess I would drive nothing but used chevys then. I wont own another brand again.

my chevy is special to me because its mine, im the only one to work on it, and i ave made it so much better than when i got it...

I love GM Trucks because parts cost are reasonable, plentiful and interchangeable for many model years. I have owned many makes and models over the years and GM is my favorite, with the only exception being my1964 Studebaker T cab.

Why is my Chevy special to me? Cause I can depend on her. I can depend on her to start anytime, anywhere, whether it be -15 or 100 degrees outside, whether she's been run 5 times in one day or has been sitting for over a month. I can count on her to take me wherever I want to go without worry, no matter how far the drive or how rough the trail. Because she was built here in the U.S.A in Flint, Michigan. It ain't no beauty queen, and that's why I love it. It was built tough for work and play, and she's never let me down, and I don't have a reason to think she ever will. THAT's why I love my Chevy. Plus, with all the work and pride I have into it, I don't think I could ever sell my pride an' joy.

Plus, if I ever do manage to break something somehow, I have a local junkyard with plenty of old Chevys to pick parts from!

When i was 16 i had a 1969 camaro RS convertible 4 speed and 3 years later it was stolen :grrrrrr: at my dads house and that broke my heart but the memorys i still have.1974 454 corvette that got 12 mpg and a 1985 corvette that got 28 mpg.Ive had many chevy trucks and all of them were workhorses that was ready any time you were and what i have now a 1998 LS surburban that has everything chevy had to offer excipt the orignal owner orderd it with the 4x4 shifter in the floor and im glad he did.And whats last is my 1987 SS Monte Carlo T-TOP i love takeing the tops out when it around 68-74 temp outside and run wild in the country and open the 4 bbl up and hear it moan through the mountains.The one thing that shows that chevys are the best just look at what Dale Earnhardt #3 drove:glasses:

Even though its not the nicest chevy around its MY chevy. Its the most dependable brand any more. Ive got 167,000 miles on mine and Id still trust it with my life. Whether or not its nice or not, new or old, clean or dirty, its gettin me from A to B and its still got the bowtie on the front! :great:

My chevy is so special to me beacuse I can remember working on my dad's old chevy when I was a kid. The quality time spent under that hood could never be replaced. Not I have a 6 month old son and can't wait until he's old enough to hold a flash light so that we have the same bonding time my dad and I had and 24 years from now he can tell people on his forums about it.

because I've owned my Bowtie beauty since I was 16. I've done everything to it since I bought her, no one else has ever touched it. Plus my paw paw had a Chevy, I learned to drive on a Chevy, and Chevy is all I've known.

Because unlike alot of people, I rebilt my 71 from the ground up by myself.Would never dream of giving it to someone else to work on.....O ya and i love rocking the old school bowtie.

I had a crush on my truck since i was 16. It belonged to one of my good buddies and we used to go play in it all the time. He built it for mud racing and was going to do so, but then he got married.:lol: Well, needless to say he never went mud racing so it just sat in his yard. He knew that I wanted it so he offered it to me for 3500. I didn't have it which sucked. Well, years later my dad was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer and was dying so he gave me the 3500 for it and i got it from my dad and my best freind.

Because it was my first truck and has 215k and i know it will crank when i need it ,go where i want it, and it will never let me down, oh and that i have done all the work on it I LOVE MY CHEVY:money:
