Wheatleys crewcab goes 12.25 at the track

This is in my CREWCAB,only weight reduction was taking the tail gate off,that is it!!
This was done in June,in October we go back to get better times
When they first started running,the track so not hookin worth a damn.It was rediculous!!So I let the truck sit until about 11PM as the track was getting better as the night went on.
Ran some pretty good times!!
11's are next and will definatly happen next time out very shortly
This was on a 100 shot

1/8mile 7.78 @ 88.1MPH
1/4 mile 12.25 @ 110MPH

WOW, that's lightning fast!

The fastest vehicle I've ever driven is the 2010 Corvette Grand Sport with the 436 hp LS3 powerplant. That's a vette that can run sub-12's. Your truck is right there with that speed, that's simply amazing, good work!

Thanks guys for the compliments.I am happy with how it is running now,it is running much harder than in that video!!LOL
In that videos it was with a 226/226 .584 .584 lift on a 112LSA cam.
As of 2 months ago it now has a comp 228/232 .588 /595 lift on a 112LSA
The cam swap alone should have dropped it about another .1 tenth from seeing customers do this!!
Here is the list of mods on the truck
LQ4 6.0 swap 10.8:1 compression
228 232 cam
longtubes
performabuilt level 2 transmission
PI Vig 3800 stall torque converter
4.10's
Wheatley tuned
and a 100 shot (in that video)
As it sits right now it will go 11.7's no problem,BUT next month I am having the 243 heads ported and poilshed by westside performance.I am looking for some 11.5's this winter and will do what it takes to get it there with this 6.0
I have not weighed this thing yet,but I would imagine it will be about 5200 with me in it give or take
without weight reduction.
Only weight reduction I will do is take tail gate off and remove spare.Thats all I pretty much do.
