Need help fast!!

Hey guys so i have a 2003 Chevy Silverado with a 5.3L in it and it wont start at all not even turn over. I just got a new dvd in dash installed and was trying to use my superchips cortex programmer to tune my truck just like i always do. It got almost all the way through the tune when it errored out and i think scrammbled my ECU or something. I called Superchips and they said it wasnt the programmers fault but it was the new dvd player that was causing the issue. I called the guys that installed my dvd player and they said it had nothing to do with what was going on with it not starting!! I have no clue what to do or what to try any thoughts??:grrrrrr:

when that happens you **** up the PCM cause that controls all that for the truck to crank and run, it is superchips fault the DVD player could not mess up the PCM. I am almost 90 percent sure thats wut it is but you will have to take it to the dealer or to any repair shop that has Tech2 cause they will have ping and flash that module.

everyone always tries to blame problems on ANYTHING thats not their stuff! so, im going to second that its the programers fault. the only way that it could be the dvd player, is if its drawing current, witch i highly doubt. and if so , you could just jump it and it would still start.
its the programer...

yea seems like to me its the progammer. the dvd is not gonna effect your truck turning off.
