Brake conversion

hey guys, I was wanting to convert my wifes 98 Tahoe drum brakes to disc. Does anyone know if a later model rear disc brakes are compatible?

I have ssbc's on my 95 burb (on when i got it) , but I couldn't imagine trying to stop with drums...
