Bypass o2 sensors

I was thinking about gutting out the cats on my 99 K1500. I was wondering if I use a jet spectrum tuner to turn off the error reporting for the rear o2 sensors would it would still pass an emissions readiness test?

The programmer might get rid of the idiot light, but it will not pass inspection.
