All,

I've got an 2007 Chevy Tahoe LTZ with the factory GM 20" wheels. I walked out the other morning to the front end sitting on bricks. Unfortunately the theif didn't realize that in 2007 the tahoe only comes with one spare, and decided to take both front tires and wheels.

While looking around online, am I correct that there are 2 versions of the 20" Chevy wheels, Polished and unpolished/painted? Mine look polished, but like they're clear coated.

Anyone know of a good cheap source for factory rims? Dealer wants $2100 for wheels, tpms, tires, center cap, lugnuts.

Insurance wants to utilize Keystone Remanufactured wheels? Any experiences or thoughts on these? They're supposed to meet factory specs, and look brand-new, but I'm not so sure of a wheel that's been straighened, machined, welded on spinning at 70+ mph down the highway.

Thanks!

Welcome to the site! Sorry to hear about the "theft". I went through that a few times when I lived in the Houston area. I'd suggest Craig's List for replacement wheels, if you have the time to spend. If you have to have them too get around, you might be able to pick up a set of 17's cheap enough to run until you can get the 20's. Good luck!

Found 2 OEMs on ebay for $200/each. Still cheaper than the $279 for remanufactured and the $530/each new from the dealer. Also found a set of TPMS for $75 new on ebay, just need to find a the center caps and lug nuts now.

Thanks!
