Ok guys, new member, threw an intro and such up, but glad i found this place because I have a question about exhausts for the truck I just picked up...
so was going to order a catback but having trouble finding a setup for my truck specifically that doesnt have conflicting descriptions from different websites...
02 silverado 2500hd, extended cab, short bed (76 incher measured from inside bed which I think is correct?), 6.0 liter gasser....
SO borla doesnt carry one, gibson has a set up, but have a coupon for a magnaflow so to save a few hundred I would like to go with the mag if possible but I ran into a problem... looking at the catback magnaflow they only seem to either have:
a crew cab short box version or an extended cab long box version of the single side exit tip
so my main question is would the short or long box really matter if its not a duel set up since it wouldnt be exiting the very rear of the truck?
This was the setup I was looking at below... one site says its for the short E/C, magnaflow says its for the long EC... i trust magnaflow, but not sure if the other site has this listed this way because it will work either way or its a mistake?
