Do you think this will work with a 99 Silverado? My uncle dropped my remote in the toilet, luckily the battery was dead.

Do you if it has roaming code like the late ones? It may be like my 97, try holding the remote close to the vehicle then press & hold both lock & unlock buttons at the same time for about 30 seconds.

Following your instructions to reprogram the keyless entry for a 2002 Chevy Suburban, I went through all the steps and the door locks recycled after step 10. However, the keyless entry still would not work. Any suggestions?

Thanks
