2003 burb window and rear wiper question

I Have a 2003 chevy burb with two issues that I could use some help with.

Issue one, the rear wiper decided to take a permanent vacation.
What issues are there with the rear wiper?
It was going real slow when the vacation started.

Issue two, window motors and the weakness!
Every winter, I don't know if my driver side window will work.
It does not take much ice to stop this window.

Is there aftermarket items to have a stronger window motor?

For the winter issue pit some solicon in each window seal (where the window is in its closed position) if the windows are going slow your window regulators are going
