MEET WILL BE DECEMBER 12th, 2009 @ 10AM IN FRONT OF BASS PRO SHOPS AT CONCORD MILLS MALL!

SET THE CALENDARS NOW! Since most of us will be at the BlackBear Performance Tune Session, I figured it would be a great time for another meet and greet! Had a decent time during the last meet in Nov/08, hope that this one will be bigger and better.

Everyone is invited (except Sam)! Does not need to be trucks only, bring whatever you want! Make the trip on out and hang with the boys! So far the location will probably be around Concord Mills Mall. There is plenty of parking out there and we should be able to find some stuff to do out there as well. Plenty of food, beverage, cigars, etc.

Hopefully we can get a decent turn out. I will be posting this on the following forums:

Please feel free to post up on other forums as well. Let me know if you post on another forum so I can add them to the "already posted on" forum list. Thanks!

If anyone is looking to get their vehicle tuned, get in touch with Justin from Blackbear Performance and put in the subject line: Charlotte, NC Tune Session.

Sounds interesting. Are you actually doing the BlackBear tuning session in the Concord Mills parking lot? December 12th is awful close to Christmas. That mall is usually PACKED over those weekends!:gasp:

Yes, I believe they said that there was more parking available around the mall. So we should have plenty of space to have all the people plus tuning sessions that will be going on.

Right now we are looking at 20+- people that will be attending on the 12'th. We would love to have more come on out and hang.

Around lunch time we will be going to eat somewhere near the mall possibly Quaker Steak and Lube.

As more details arise I will pass them on to you guys. Also, can we please get a show of hands who from the forum will be attending?

Thanks

I live real close, so I am going to try and stop by. But I hope that they will have a reserved spot set-up to do this. I have been going to this mall since it was built and there has never been "plenty of space" available on the weekends before Christmas! Maybe the BlackBear guys have already worked this out with Bass Pro! I hope so!

Hopefully, there is a good turnout! I'd like to see some of these awesome trucks "in-person"!! :great:

Mark and Bobby, looking forward to see you guys join us out there at the meet!

Some more information has arrived as well- Around Lunch Time I think we are all planning to go to the Steak and Lube right there by the Mall. If you guys would like to come along that would be great! :great:

As more information comes, I will keep this post updated!

Thanks,
Tyler
