Exhaust,TB, Headers... which one?

I want to replace my fac exhaust, headers and TB. No clue which is best for my truck, i would appreciate any insight.

On my '03 Av, I have a K&N 77-series Intake & FlowMaster Super 44 Muffler Back system...

Was there any kind of gain with the K & N?

K&N puts the gain at like 7hp. You will see more if you do the full CAI, headers and exhaust. Banks does all if you want everything to match, but they are expensive. Then custom tune. Of course if money is an issue, there are very good companies that are cheaper such as airraid, flowmaster etc. I have airraid intake and magnaflow exhaust and am happy (even though it wont ever haul ass like a sports car).

Well thanks for the input, ill look in to K&N, banks and the others you mentioned a little further and see if i can scrounge up some change :D
