What's in everyone's avatar?

Mine is my son, taken earlier this year. My signature shows my Trailblazer and me and my kid at the Dallas Christmas Parade in early December.

Mine is me in my 76 Trans Am from a few years ago when I entered it in the burnout contest at the Dallas Autorama carshow.

Can't link or upload a picture either.

Yeah, we're getting a lot of complaints on that. The files have to be REALLY small, like 7k and sized.

send me the photo and I'll do it this weekend.

I don't have a problem resizing the pic to 80x80 and less than 7k, it just doesn't work for me. Thx.

Yeah, it's a CRAZY process. Like I said about posting images, just have to trust me, it will get easier when we move to a new and better system in a couple of weeks.

How to add an AVATAR:
1) Click Profile, near the top of the screen.
2) On the bottom of that page, find the "Avatar Control Panel".
3) Choose your method. a) Upload Avatar from your machine: b) Upload Avatar from a URL: or c) Link to off-site Avatar:.
4) When this is done, click "Submit" on the bottom of the page.

It should work. If it doesn't, let me know.

The only one I've ever gotten to work was option "B"

Anyway, my avatar is my son, he had just finished eating, and wanted to touch the camera.

I use mozilla for my browser. Is IE better suited for this site?

AVATARS WORK NOW.

I had a permissions setting that was bad on the server. My fault. The directory where avatars are to be uploaded to didn't have proper permissions for the web. :-(

Go ahead and upload avatars now.

A 1997 BMW Z3. Can't afford a Solstice, or a Sky....so I bought this little baby. Haven't had time to get it out for a drive as it's still WINTER and COLD here. Am looking forward to getting it on the road this summer. I do love GM's though as I currently own a 2002 Trailblazer with a sunroof that has just been repaired as my wife 'just had to have it open' during the winter months. You guessed it, she tried opening it when it was still frozen. $2,000.00 later and she has her Trailblazer back with a functioning sunroof where the fuse has been conveniently removed for the 'winter months'.
