Problems with remote start and electric driver side window

I have a 2004 chevy colorado crew cab. 55,000 miles. The remote start stoped working.Horn and lights go off and on but the electric power locks do not lock or unlock.

Also the driver side electric window no longer goes up or down

Has anyone experienced this and have a solution?
