Hey guys! so here is part 2 of my high idle.

I cleaned the throttle body, cleaned the IAC valve. Still high idel, can't find any vacuum leaks.

A new IAC valve is $100.00

But I found this:

New TB, with gasket, TPS sensor and IAC for $60.00
This TB is bigger and has no restrictor plate.

Will this give the engine better performance / response? OR what I'm actually wondering, will this cause the engine any harm?

Thanks!
Eric

The only way of testing for vacuum leak I've ever used is small propane cylinder running but not lit. Move it around offending area (intake). It should idle even higher when it draws in propane. But yours sounds like the goodies your talking about from e-bay. Throttle position sensor? Good deal.
