I'm looking for anything out there to get more power out of my bonny with the 3.8l NA motor. I've been trying to find headers, exhaust, intake, and tranny upgrades but so far very little luck. I managed to install a wet nitrous system with a K&N filter set up but I want more. How about an ls-1 swap? Has it been done?

The Bonneville isnt real popular with the go-fast crowd, not a lot of speed parts available. Have you thought about finding a wrecked Supercharged model and swapping the engine? Supercharged Bonnevilles are quick, theres aftermarket parts to help the Supercharger get more performance.
Exhaust could be done at a local shop for less $$ and be just as effective.
You could make your own intake kit with a little time and designing.
I cant remember the name but theres a website that has IPT valve body kits for different GM transmissions, one kit they sell works on Bonneville's. I think it was an S-10 site.
