hey guys wus up? well i was just seein if this was a problem w/ the 06's or if its just my silverado but my pitman and idler arm seem to be messin up and my steering feels loose from time to time any advice?

Unless you have one hell of a lot of miles and ruff ones at that. To have them wear out in less than 3 years sounds funny.
Have someone move the steering wheel back and forth while you watch the pitman arm, for movement.
Or bring it in for an alignment. They are always looking for those part so they can make a few more bucks, besides you can’t line the frt end if they are bad.

I could see them going out if the right spacing was not acquired when the lift was put on the truck

Nice catch, I never thought about that.
It should be checked as I said and also by an alignment shop. They will tell you, usually for free before they ever do an alignment.

My 95 Impala SS I had chewed thru front end parts with P255/50ZR17 BFG G-Force on it. So I can imagine yours will not be kind either with those huge boots you have on your truck.
