Has anyone found an aftermarket intake that will fit inside the van, likek&n?

Welcome Mark. I don't see a CAI listed with K&N. You'd probably need someone to custom make one. I see a lot of custom ones on rice rockets. They like to bend them down to below rad. The local muffler shops seem to make these custom bent pipes to go where ever you like. You could inquire at a custom bending muffler shop.
