What a rip off. They have a "book" of how long jobs should take and they charge by that book. Most of the time they gouge you by 2 hours, a job that by the book takes 4 hours could take a mechanic less than two, but you still get charged for 4 hours and they stack there mechanics so that they can do two 4 hour jobs by the book in 4 hours but get payed for 8. They also charge 72/hr for labor. And there parts wow, automatically double from what they pay.

I wonder if things have changed, or your local VIP is taking advantage of customer's ignorance.

Looks like you're not alone with complaints about VIP. http://www.ripoffreport.com/reports/0/084/ripoff0084619.htm

I can't seem to locate any corporate info, so maybe the best thing to do, is contact the Better business bureau (http://www.bbb.org) and lodge a complaint with them, as they can
