Im looking at a 1994 chevy silverado 1500 reg cab and was wondering how hard would it be to replace the cab corners. Or should i just leave them alone.

Didn’t we just answer this for someone?
Replacing them is not all that difficult. Get rust replacement panels. Cut all the old rust out to match the new cab corners, fit your new cab corners and rivet them in.
This gives you a nice tight fit for then welding them in. then used body mud and sand and file and primer and paint.
Job done.
