Front grille chrome

What does everyone do when the chrome on the front grille is lifting up and peeling? It has been peeling for years. Actually it has mostly lifted up. The chrome strip material does not stay on especially when bent to conform to corners.

The best thing you can do is paint it black, or buy a new one.
Take a look on eBay they aren't that expensive. :great:
