Is there a way to hook up the factory fog lights so when you turn the truck on and the auto headlights go on they are on and you dont have to push the button in? Just wondering.

Yes.
Run a positive wire from each fog light to a relay.
Then power the relay from the battery or a circuit that's powered when the ignition is on.
Run a signal wire from the headlight switch or wire harness to the relay.

For those times you may not want to have the fog lights on place an inline switch on the signal wire. (you could possibly use your present fog light switch since it'll no longer have a purpose).
