The state of Texas is giving away $100,000,000 (Yes, that's one-hundred million dollars) to try to get 10-year old vehicles off the road. There are some stipluations and income requirements, but some people could really improve their position for a trade-in.
- 10 years old
- Must be in one of the elligible countys
- Must be registered in your name for the last 12 months
- Must have failed emmisions control in the last 90 days
- Must have passed emmisions control in the previous year
