MBRP or Borla???

I can't decide which brand to go for. Which one of these sounds better overall? Any difference in performance? I bought a K&N intake for my '07 Silverado and i want a good exhaust setup for a nice in and out flow but also a noticeable difference in power. Any suggestions??
