NAPA gold is a wix filter . I never heard anything bad about them ,same quality as the wix labeled ones but they are the same NAPA GOLD oil filter.

the park brake pedal assy is self adjusting. the cable out side the vehicle must be slack and if its adjusted that the threads showing are not about 50%

the check engine light last sunday was constantly on, sorry for the mistake.. it wasnt flashing..

I have no clue I haven't used any before, but I can guess some hold better than others I'll see if I can find reviews to give you a straight answer 
I personally would be concerned as to why the cats got plugged up in the first place... Could have been the result of a bigger problem...

yeah thats true ill check everything over and get that ignition coil and see if it changes anything as well as the ecu its just an old gm truck i figured

new motor , starter problems
OK, so what [MENTION=39185]j cat[/MENTION] is trying to tell you, if the engine can be turned by hand, it is not preventing the starter from spinning.
