Sorry for the late reply I'm technologically challenged this week.
Changing the rear suspension wouldnt be hard, there are actually kits to do this. One of my favorites is a 5 link with airbags that makes it possible to drop the frame rails within a few inches from the ground. It's almost all bolt-in, there are a couple weld in pieces but nothing an average welder couldnt handle.
The front suspension is a little harder. It cant just be changed, it's an integral part of the frame. I have seen one 4x4 converted to 2wd and the front dropped. Again they used an airbag kit that was modified with new "A" arms and some one off manufacturing for the "A" arm upper and lower mounts. If your gonna go this route look at sourcing a 2wd transmission and getting rid of your transfer case, you may be able to just replace the tailshaft and get a longer factory 2wd drive shaft. I'd find a good local wrecking yard and make a deal to swap your t-case and driveshaft for the parts you need.
Look at JDM their a leading manufacturer in lowered suspensions.
Pick up a copy of Truckin magazine, inside they have many manufacturers that fabricate parts to lift or lower trucks the advertisers should be a good resource for an internet search of parts..
