Tahoe looks much better with the boards off. I took the door moldings of my '96 Suburban and that really cleaned it up. I use Megauir's leather products. I have the Rancho 6" lift on the 'Burb, used it because it has a one-piece weld subframe and the upper control arm mounts are gusseted and reinforced. Most aftermarket wheels move the wheel and tire out. Oh yea, the Rancho kit comes powder coated black or red.
I did remove the TBI system. I wanted a lot better performance and the experts told me no one made a really good performing intake manifold for the TBI. I bought a Holley 680 CFM TBI but never installed it on the old engine. Your's being a 2500, is probably a 350 factory engine...mine was a 305. The old engine ran perfectly, but just didn't give me the performance I wanted. This new 350 HO crate engine runs really well. Thanks for the comment on my truck...let's see a pic of your's!!!
