96' runs great still daily driven. The jet boat slowed things down as did the sand rail. The jet is done but the rail needs a subaru swap I have almost completed that then I can get back to the 96. But summer is coming so I wil have to get the pontoon carbs cleaned out an get that running again soon.........Oh the projects never stop maybe I will build 54 motor this summer
Wow, some major projects you've done.
I wish I had your energy & determination
Very late in the game (jan.) but I put a deposit on a 96 rcsb 2x4 tonight the jeep build kinda slowed me down. but the project is still kinda on schedule I should have a 454 built and in by sept-oct. the S/C is $ 600 to rebuild but thats cheap when the motor will probly be $4500. Kinda sad its not a 4x4 cause the motor is going to blow the tires off this thing
The truck looks great, I came close to doing a SAS on a tocoma but it was hard putting a baby seat in the trck with mommy. So the burb came.
THE HUNT IS ON..................After many months to rest from my SAS project I turn back to the streets fer fun I am now looking for a 96-98 RCSB 4x4 that I will make push button auto 4wheel from left over hoe parts I will then drop in a balanced, square decked fully machined L-29 454 with K/b hypers runnning about 8.5:1 then I will add A whipple (overdriven of course) With a little NOS and some 55# injectors I should ba able to get around 650HP and equal or better torque. My insperation for this is a man that goes by PARISH on you tube. I don't plan on going for 9's but I will suprise some jap crap...If you pass by this page make friends and watch for some pics around jan. THE DOCTOR IS IN
Did you get that winch bumper together?
nice truck man
How's it going?
how do those 52s flex for you in the front? I'm considering doing a 3 link or 63s in the front. I figure if yours has some flex, I might just go with the leafs.
you should call your ride grave digger. It looks like one of the originals.
