i know that the flowmaster super 44 series has a great rumble to it ... a friend of mine has it on his tahoe ... much better than my flowmaster 40 series ... and im not to sure about just running straight pipes ... i think that would be louder but i dont know too much about it or how it would affect things without a muffler. i thought about changing mine out with a flowmaster 44 or cherrybomb extreme or cherrybomb vortex muffler because those things sound pretty damn good. but for right now im happy with what i have.
Thanks Jim. Sorry to hear about the loss of you mother, but your right, when it comes it will be hard, but I am glad to have spent the time with him and my family. Thanks again. Talk to you later!
I would but the closest dealer is about 2 and half hours away for the line-x. Plus it costs a little more than the drop in liner and kind of short on money.
How's it going Jim! Sorry I haven't been on in awhile. I had to go to Texas, and be with my dad. He's not doing to well, and I took all of my vacation to spent with him and my family. I think this mayby the last time I get to see him.I'm keeping my fingers crossed! ( if you know what I mean) When I got the call from my mom I just packed, and hit road. He is feeling better today. I got back to Colorado late Saturday, and been checking on him everyday. I have been running so much I could'nt remember my password, and had to get a new one, but on a good note I see you have caught up to me LOL! I will talk to you later. Thanks for checking in on me! Eddie
i was thinking about some color matched fender flares too but that is at the end of my list. the body lift would come before that. but i just want my truck to sit higher and my tires are so big that it would help with the minor rubbing i have at full lock. but i am getting my spray in bed liner and black low profile tool box within this next month or so.
did you do side moldings and everything?
well thanks man. i appreciate it. im going to post a how-to on painting the bowtie ... so that should be your next project haha.
im thinking about a 1.5" zone BL for the end of this summer. i just painted my chevy bowtie black by the way.
Thanks for respnoding to my post on the ReadyLift I'm thinking about. I like your truck Shorty!
That's funny you brought up about the scooter, I just went and got it out of storage today since it was almost 60 out. I am actually looking at trading it in on a Piaggio MP3 500, it's a 3 wheeled scooter with 2 wheels in the front and one in the back. It gets 141 mpg. which is revolutionary in it's class, only down side is the $12,000 price tag but it does a top speed of 120mph.
